Shipping

Lead Time for orders:

All photographs, framed and unframed are custom. While I stock a lot of different sizes and framing options it is not guaranteed that I have your order ready to ship when an item is ordered off the website.

Unframed orders typically take 1 week to produce and ship. Shipping times vary depending on your location.

Framed orders can take up to 2 weeks, or longer if there is a back order of materials. Shipping times vary depending on your location.

Shipping to other Countries

We can ship to most other countries. Please email us at [email protected] for a quote.

  • We try and use the best method from a price stand point for international orders.
  • Tracking is not available once the package crosses the boarder - Please be patient, your order will get there.

Glass/Acrylic

Orders that are picked up from the gallery will be framed with glass. Orders that are  shipped will be framed with acrylic. 

Shipping Companies:

We use USPS to ship all prints. Large prints are shipped in a tube while smaller print are shipped flat. We can ship to most countries; please inquire about costs.

We use Fedex Insured to ship all frames within the continental U.S.

 

Shipping Costs

We don't make money shipping our work. Just like you we hate the sticker shock of getting to the end of a transaction on the internet only to find out the shipping cost is unreasonable. That said is extremely time consuming and expensive to pack up artwork for shipping. Large photographs need to be packed in hand built wooden crates. All photographs need sufficient packing materials such as bubble wrap, protective corners, corrugated cardboard and filler materials to ensure your photograph gets to you undamaged.

  • We don't charge handling fees.
  • We use recycled material for packing whenever it's reasonable to do so.
  • We cover the cost of shipping any damaged items both ways (for the return and the replacement of the item)

No shipping software is perfect. While we try really hard to only charge the actual cost of shipping there are times when the shipping calculator is not appropriate for the item you are purchasing. If you feel the cost of something you want shipped is overpriced please contact us and we will look into how our system calculated the price. If we can ship it for less money we will adjust the price accordingly.
