SHIPPING DAMAGE

We spend a lot of time and effort packing our work to avoid damage, but we do not have control of the package once it's leaves our gallery. 

 

If your photograph arrives damaged please take photos of the following;

1. The outside of the box (even if there is no evidence of damage)

2. All packing materials used

3. The actual damage of the photograph

 

Email me the info about the damage and include the photos so that I can file a claim with the carrier:

Keep all of the packing materials along with the damaged photograph. This includes the outer box, the inner box and all packing materials. The courier may request the entire package, in which case arrangements will be made for them to pick up the package.

I insure all packages so rest assured we will get your photograph repaired or replaced.

PLEASE NOTE: At this time there are no couriers available that will pay insurance claims for full replacement of a framed photograph, even when it is their fault. For this reason a repair will be performed at a local framer to you, either of your choice or one we find for you. We cover all costs.

 

RETURNS

All of the photographs are custom printed and framed, therefore all sales are final.
